The Office of Representative Nicole Malliotakis has released a series of tweets highlighting her stance against New York City's Congestion Pricing scheme. Malliotakis, who serves in the U.S. Congress representing New York’s 11th district, replaced Max Rose in 2021. She has previously served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2021 and holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.

On February 19, 2025, Malliotakis expressed gratitude towards former President Trump and Duffy for their commitment to examining and halting the Congestion Pricing scheme in New York City. In her tweet, she noted that Trump is a "New Yorker who understands the negative impact this" initiative could have. The full post can be viewed here.

Later on February 19, Malliotakis continued to voice her opposition by stating that Trump's understanding of Hochul's congestion plan would hurt the economy of New York City. She emphasized that it adversely affects small businesses and imposes double tolls on her constituents, concluding with appreciation for Trump's decision to terminate what she referred to as a tax. The tweet is accessible here.

On February 20, Malliotakis greeted her followers with a brief message saying "Good morning New York!" This tweet can be seen here.
