The congresswoman's posts touch upon international affairs, national security concerns, and domestic policy developments.
On December 8, 2024, Malliotakis commented on the situation in Syria with regard to Bashar Al-Assad's regime. She stated that "The end of Bashar Al-Assad’s regime is good news for the Syrian people who have suffered under his oppression & brutal rule." She highlighted the severe impact Assad's government had on civilians, mentioning the use of chemical weapons against them.
On December 9, 2024, she addressed national security issues involving unidentified drones or unmanned aircrafts. With strategic military installations located within her district, she urged agencies such as "@FAANews, @FBI & @DHSgov MUST get to the bottom of these unidentified drones/unmanned aircrafts to protect the public & our national security."
Finally, on December 10, 2024, Malliotakis reacted to an announcement regarding migrant shelters. She noted that "Today's announcement that the Floyd Bennett Field migrant shelter will close next month... shows the impact [President Trump's] agenda is already having on our country's migrant crisis." This closure is scheduled shortly before President Trump takes office again.
