Nicole Malliotakis outlines legislative priorities and celebrates Greek Independence Day

Nicole Malliotakis, a U.S. Congress member representing New York's 11th district, has shared her legislative priorities and activities through recent social media posts. These posts reflect her focus on tax reform, international relations, and community engagement.

On March 25, 2025, Malliotakis outlined her main objectives for an upcoming tax bill. She stated that her top three priorities are to "Increase SALT deduction, Lower taxes for senior citizens on Social Security, and Manufacture Pharmaceuticals in USA".

The following day, March 26, 2025, she commemorated Greece's Independence Day by joining diplomatic representatives from Greece and Cyprus. She expressed her pleasure in celebrating the occasion with Greece’s Ambassador Ekaterini Nassika and Cyprus’s Ambassador Evangelos Savva alongside colleagues "@RepHaridopolos and @RepChrisPappas".

Later that same day, Malliotakis addressed local community issues by discussing efforts with the National Park Service to secure an operator for the Aviator Sports & Events Center at Brooklyn's Floyd Bennett Field. This facility is noted for providing recreational opportunities to the community. Her post highlighted ongoing collaboration to ensure its continued operation "an important facility providing recreational opportunities for our youth and community".
