In a series of recent tweets, Representative Nicole Malliotakis shared updates on legislative actions and political stances. Malliotakis, who represents New York's 11th District in the U.S. Congress, has been active in addressing issues related to pandemic fraud and government funding.

On March 11, 2025, Malliotakis criticized Democrats for allegedly protecting individuals involved in pandemic-related fraud. She tweeted: ".@HouseGOP will continue to protect hardworking taxpayers while the Democrats continue to protect fraudsters and criminals…in this case those who STOLE over $100 billion in pandemic unemployment funds!"

Later that day, she announced the passage of legislation aimed at combating pandemic unemployment fraud. According to her tweet from March 11, 2025: "Our @waysandmeansgop legislation to extend the statute of limitations so law enforcement can continue to investigate & prosecute pandemic unemployment fraud has passed with bipartisan support!"

In another tweet posted on March 11, 2025, Malliotakis detailed House GOP's success in passing a funding bill.
