On April 10, 2025, Malliotakis announced a significant development regarding animal testing. She stated, "I’ve long pushed to end unnecessary and cruel animal testing, and I applaud the FDA’s decision to phase it out in favor of safer and more reliable modern alternatives."

Later that day, she addressed government commitments to social programs on the same platform, asserting, "We appreciate @POTUS & @SpeakerJohnson once again reaffirming their commitment to preserving benefits for the seniors, disabled & most vulnerable who depend on Medicare, Medicaid & Social Security.
