The Office of Representative Nicole Malliotakis has been actively engaging with pressing national and local issues through social media. On February 6, 2025, Malliotakis highlighted the ongoing crisis of fentanyl-related deaths among American youth and applauded a bipartisan effort in Congress to permanently classify this opioid under strict regulation. She also expressed support for policies that could benefit the middle class, suggesting their inclusion in future tax packages. Additionally, on February 7, 2025, she addressed public safety concerns in New York City subways and criticized Governor Kathy Hochul's new congestion tax policy.

On February 6, 2025, Rep. Nicole Malliotakis stated that "Fentanyl has taken the lives of hundreds of thousands of innocent Americans and remains the leading cause of death for our youth. Today, Congress took bipartisan action to make the temporary class-wide scheduling order permanent, ensuring this deadly opioid remains strictly…"

Later on February 6, she shared her enthusiasm for certain policies discussed in the Ways & Means Committee meetings by tweeting "This is fantastic! Many of these are policies we’ve pushed for in Ways & Means Committee meetings…. let’s prioritize these items in the upcoming tax package to benefit our hardworking middle-class!"

On February 7, Malliotakis addressed safety concerns on New York City's subway system by posting "More than half of New Yorkers and 65% of women say they feel unsafe on #NYC subways BUT Instead of hiring more cops (7,000 less than we had on sept. 11, 2001) & repealing policies that made us less safe, @GovKathyHochul creates a new congestion tax to force riders onto subway."
