Nicole Malliotakis, a U.S. Congresswoman representing New York's 11th district, has been active on social media addressing various issues ranging from national politics to local governance. Her recent tweets reflect her stance on legal matters involving public figures and her concerns about policies affecting New York City.

On December 2, 2024, Malliotakis expressed her opinion regarding the legal treatment of Hunter Biden. She stated that "Hunter Biden WAS treated differently. The investigation into him was hindered, recommended charges were initially squashed, he then received a sweetheart deal & now he gets a pardon from his father." She compared this situation to other public figures like Wesley Snipes, Leona Helmsley, and Pete Rose who served time for similar crimes.

Later that day, she commented on housing policies in New York City concerning illegal immigrants involved in criminal activities. In her tweet dated December 2, 2024, she remarked that "#NYC Democrats have gone so far out of their way to provide housing & freebies to gang members, drug traffickers & other criminals in our country illegally - all at taxpayers' expense." She urged the city's mayor to collaborate with federal immigration authorities.

On December 3, 2024, Malliotakis highlighted her participation in an economic summit organized by the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce in Athens. She noted that "Yesterday, Nicole virtually addressed American and Greek business and government leaders gathered in Athens for the American Hellenic Chamber of Commerce economic summit." She emphasized the growth in trade between the USA and Greece over recent years.
