Through a series of tweets, she has provided insights into the committee's findings and her perspectives on related legislative matters.

On December 3, 2024, Malliotakis highlighted her four-year tenure on the COVID Select Committee. She stated, "For four years, I’ve served on @COVIDSelect & helped conduct an exhaustive investigation to uncover the origins of COVID & develop solutions to prevent future pandemics." The tweet also mentioned that their final report includes several recommendations she has supported, particularly in improving domestic manufacturing.

On December 4, 2024, Malliotakis addressed Congress's legislative actions regarding COVID-19 intelligence. She tweeted that "Congress passed legislation to declassify all intelligence related to COVID origins and the Biden Administration has not complied with the law." She further noted that investigations by the committee reinforce their belief about the origins of COVID-19.

Later that day, Malliotakis expressed concerns about pharmaceutical production. In her tweet, she emphasized that "more than 80% of our active pharmaceutical ingredients are manufactured overseas," posing risks to public health and national security. She advocated for a shift towards complete domestic production of these essential medical components.
