Yesterday, we joined Staten Island Borough President Vito J. Fossella outside Max's Esca to celebrate the announcement Mayor Adams made over the weekend regarding small business violations, which stems from Executive Order 2 (EO2) “Small Business Forward” — signed by Mayor Adams in January 2022.
