On Wednesday, April 2, former Monsignor Farrell High School standout Patrick Gardner’s current college team, the Pittsburgh Panthers, lost 11-1 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the West Virginia Mountaineers.

The game took place at Monongalia County Baseball Complex. This was their first matchup against the Mountaineers this season.

The Panthers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 3 p.m. at Charles L. Cost Field against Miami Hurricanes.
