The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Nicole Malliotakis, Nicole for New York, refunded $5 to Tony Harrah on Aug. 16, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Nicole for New York has refunded $5,563 total since March 1.
