The campaign committee of Republican Party candidate Nicole Malliotakis, Nicole for New York, refunded $500 to Kevin Mcconville on Sept. 9, according to the Federal Election Commission (FEC).

FEC data shows the refunded expenditure was for: "Contribution refund to an individual, partnership or limited liability company."

Nicole for New York has refunded $6,163 total since April 1.
