No insurance needed.
PLEASE READ:
Mandatory temperature screening upon arrival.
You must register in advance to attend the vision screening.
Masks must be worn (over nose and mouth).
Use the hand sanitizer and/or wash your hands before and after you enter the exam room.
Follow posted signage and floor cues for social distancing (6 feet apart).
