On Friday, April 4, three former St. Peter’s Boys’ High School standouts, including Julian Velazquez, Matt Zguro and Nick Chiaia’s current college team, the Iona Gaels, won 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Manhattan Jaspers.

The game took place at Clover Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Jaspers this season.

The Gaels’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 4 at 2 p.m. at Clover Stadium against Manhattan Jaspers.
