Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, U.S. Congresswoman representing New York’s 11th district, addressed several political issues on her official social media account between March 19 and March 20, 2026.

On March 19, Malliotakis commented on a recent redistricting case, stating: “The agreement reached with the Democrats to dismiss this frivolous redistricting case is a total and complete victory and further demonstrates it was all a sham from the beginning. The Democrats’ attempt to exploit the overtly partisan courts in New York were gifted a meritless”.

Later that day, she discussed committee votes regarding a women’s museum: “All 4 Democrats voted no in committee! Someone tell the Democrats that ensuring only women are exhibited in a women’s museum is NOT an “ideological poison pill.””

On March 20, Malliotakis criticized Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer over Department of Homeland Security funding: “This is insane and so unnecessary. @SenSchumer, stop playing games with @DHSgov funding. PASS THE BILL!”

Malliotakis has represented New York’s 11th District in Congress since defeating Max Rose in 2021. She previously served for ten years in the New York State Assembly and resides in Staten Island. Born in New York City in 1980, she holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
