Later that day, she expressed pride in nominating young individuals for military academies. She highlighted their dedication and leadership qualities, saying it was an honor to nominate them. “It is a great honor to nominate these exceptional young individuals to attend our nation’s prestigious and very competitive military academies,” Malliotakis wrote.
In another update on June 4, Malliotakis mentioned hosting the Staten Island Board of Realtors (SIBOR) in Washington. The discussion focused on increasing the state and local tax (SALT) deduction, boosting housing stock, and assisting first-time homebuyers. “Great to have the @SIBOR visit us in Washington as we continue our work,” she noted.
Malliotakis has been active in various capacities throughout her political career. Born in New York City in 1980, she graduated from Seton Hall University with a BA and later from Wagner College.
