Northwell Health has announced new leadership roles to support its recently formed Metro Market, which includes hospitals and outpatient centers in Manhattan, Staten Island, Brooklyn, and Western Queens. The organization says these changes are part of its ongoing efforts to provide high-quality care throughout its network.

Brahim Ardolic, MD, will serve as president of the Metro Market. In this role, Dr. Ardolic will manage operations and strategy for facilities in the four boroughs. He previously led Northwell’s Staten Island University Hospital (SIUH) as president since 2017 and has served as deputy regional executive director for Northwell’s Western Region since 2023.

According to Northwell Health, “These appointments underscore Northwell’s commitment to excellence and to delivering the highest standard of care across its expanding network.”
