Nicole Malliotakis, U.S. Representative for New York’s 11th district, has recently highlighted several legislative actions and policy positions through her official Twitter account.
On December 10, 2025, Malliotakis emphasized the financial impact of data sharing between federal agencies, stating, “. @SocialSecurity sharing its full death data file with @USTreasury saved taxpayers $109M in improper payments last year and by next year that savings should increase to $330M. This is why @WaysandMeansGOP is proud to pass the Ending Improper Payments to Deceased People Act.”
The following day, on December 11, 2025, she reported on recent legislative progress related to national defense: “.@HouseGOP passed this year’s National Defense Authorization Act, boosting servicemember pay and family benefits, improving maritime infrastructure and strengthening our nation’s counterterrorism tools, borders and defense supply chain.”
Later that same day, Malliotakis commented on labor rights for federal employees: “Federal employees already had limited protections for work conditions and these unions should retain their collective bargaining rights.”
Malliotakis has represented New York’s 11th district in Congress since 2021 after previously serving a decade in the New York State Assembly. She was born in New York City in 1980 and resides in Staten Island. Her educational background includes degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
