Nicole Malliotakis, U.S. Congresswoman representing New York’s 11th district, posted a series of updates on her official account highlighting recent law enforcement actions, legislative accomplishments for taxpayers, and community events.
On December 15, 2025, Malliotakis expressed gratitude to local authorities: “We thank our law enforcement for foiling this potential plot, and their continued work to keep our nation safe.”
Later that day, she detailed several tax-related initiatives: “From refunding taxes our seniors pay on Social Security to restoring the SALT deduction to increasing the Child Tax Credit to eliminating taxes on tips, Nicole delivered for Staten Island & Brooklyn taxpayers!”
On December 16, 2025, Malliotakis noted her office’s participation in a ceremony honoring Fr. Vincent Capodanno: “This weekend, our office attended the unveiling ceremony honoring Fr. Vincent Capodanno, recognizing his lifelong commitment to serving others and his selfless sacrifice. As a Navy chaplain, Fr. Capodanno devoted himself to caring for service members and was killed while”
Malliotakis has represented New York’s 11th district in Congress since replacing Max Rose in 2021. Before joining Congress, she served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2021. Born in New York City in 1980 and currently residing in Staten Island at age 42, Malliotakis is an alumna of Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
