Nicole Malliotakis, U.S. Congresswoman representing New York’s 11th district since 2021, recently highlighted legislative efforts and economic developments in a series of social media posts.

On February 10, 2026, Malliotakis announced a legislative initiative focused on housing reform: “The 21st Century Act cuts red tape, modernizes @HUDgov, and expands housing supply to make the dream of home ownership more achievable and affordable for Americans.”

The following day, she addressed national employment trends by stating on February 11, 2026: “100,000 more jobs than predicted, wages higher & unemployment lower than expected. We’re making America prosperous again!”

Later that same day, Malliotakis referenced recent tax policy achievements: “We delivered on our pledge to cut taxes for working Americans, middle-class families & senior citizens…here are some of the ways your family can save!”

Malliotakis has served as the representative for New York’s 11th district since defeating Max Rose in the 2020 election and taking office in January 2021. Before her tenure in Congress, she was a member of the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2021. Born in New York City in 1980 and currently residing in Staten Island, Malliotakis holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
