Nicole Malliotakis, currently serving as the U.S. Representative for New York’s 11th district, has shared several updates on her official social media account regarding recent community events and constituent services. Malliotakis, who has represented the district since 2021 after previously serving in the New York State Assembly, continues to highlight her office’s involvement in local initiatives and advocacy for tax relief.
On July 10, 2025, Malliotakis’s office participated in a street renaming ceremony honoring Frank J. Provenzano, a lifelong Staten Island resident known as “Pro Sho.” In her post she stated: “Our office joined Councilman @frankmorano at the street renaming in honor of lifelong Staten Islander Frank J. Provenzano, better known as ‘Pro Sho.’ Though often behind the scenes, he touched the lives of thousands through the events he produced and helped raise hundreds of” (posted July 10, 2025).
Later that day, Malliotakis highlighted a case where her office assisted a constituent with urgent travel documentation. In another post on July 10, Malliotakis addressed ongoing concerns about state and local taxes impacting her district. She stated: “Our district needs State & Local Tax (SALT) relief because we’re getting hammered by our Governor & City Hall! Malliotakis was born in New York City in 1980 and resides in Staten Island. She holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
