Last year, Nicole joined a congressional delegation to meet His Holiness and, as Communist China continues its attempts to erase Tibetan culture and influence the”. This tweet highlights both a celebration and concern over geopolitical issues affecting Tibetan culture.

On July 7, 2025, another tweet from her office addressed concerns about local law enforcement policies: “New York Democrats are still “defunding the police” by driving thousands of cops out and not replacing them. Malliotakis has served in Congress since replacing Max Rose in 2021 after serving in the New York State Assembly for ten years. Born in New York City in 1980 and residing in Staten Island, she holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
