Nicole Malliotakis, U.S. Congresswoman representing New York’s 11th district since 2021, recently addressed several issues on her official Twitter account, ranging from Labor Day greetings to infrastructure and public safety.

On September 1, 2025, Malliotakis posted a message acknowledging American workers: “Happy Labor Day to all the hardworking men and women who keep our country beautiful, prosperous and strong. https://t.co/DlKVEWsUrD”.

Later that day, she commented on crime policies at the state and municipal levels: “Democrat Mayors & Governors continue to push dangerous, pro-criminal policies. If they refuse to keep their citizens safe, then the federal government will. https://t.co/80OsmPMg5y”.

On September 2, Malliotakis highlighted federal support for energy infrastructure in New York: “I’m proud to have helped secure $5.1 million so the New York Department of Public Service can inspect natural gas pipelines in our state and ensure their safety. Delivering safe and reliable energy & protecting our infrastructure will always be a priority of mine! https://t.co/nsLfkus9Ga”.

Malliotakis has served as the congressional representative for New York’s 11th District since 2021 after replacing Max Rose. Prior to her tenure in Congress, she was a member of the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2021. Born in New York City in 1980 and currently residing in Staten Island, she holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
