In a post on October 9, 2025, Malliotakis praised former President Trump’s efforts in the Middle East, stating, “In his first term, @POTUS Trump was the architect of the historic Abraham Accords. Later that day, she criticized New York Governor Kathy Hochul and the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) for their handling of congestion pricing and fare increases. In another post on the same date, Malliotakis addressed the ongoing government shutdown, referring to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. Malliotakis has represented New York’s 11th district in Congress since 2021 after previously serving in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2021. She was born in New York City in 1980 and resides in Staten Island. Malliotakis holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
