Nicole Malliotakis, U.S. Representative for New York’s 11th district and former New York State Assembly member, recently addressed constituents on social media about youth engagement, upcoming media appearances, and Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

On January 16, 2026, Malliotakis wrote, “We look forward to hearing from our youth about the issues that are important to them and their families and how they believe Washington can improve our community.”

Two days later, on January 17, she posted an announcement regarding a television appearance: “Tune in Sunday morning at 11:30am as I join @MKramerTV on @CBSNewYork Channel 2!”

On January 19, Malliotakis commemorated Martin Luther King Jr. Day by stating, “Today we honor Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., a man who inspired millions, changed our nation and our world for the better, and left a legacy that continues to live on. #MLKDay”

Malliotakis has represented New York’s 11th district in Congress since replacing Max Rose in 2021. Before her tenure in Congress began in 2021, she served in the New York State Assembly for a decade. Born in New York City in 1980 and currently residing in Staten Island at age 42, Malliotakis holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
