Nicole Malliotakis, a U.S. Congresswoman representing New York’s 11th district since 2021, recently posted a series of statements on her official X (formerly Twitter) account regarding her upcoming media appearance, political demonstrations, and national security issues.
On October 18, 2025, Malliotakis announced an appearance on CNN’s State of the Union, writing, “Tune in tomorrow morning as I join @CNNSOTU!”
The following day, she addressed recent protest activities in the United States. On October 19, 2025, Malliotakis posted, “They can try to deny that radical left groups were the orchestrators of the ‘No Kings’ march, however the fact remains that the communist and socialist parties of America were sponsors.”
Continuing her commentary on national issues, on October 20, 2025, Malliotakis expressed support for former President Donald Trump’s border and security policies. She stated, “.@POTUS Trump has secured our borders and shorelines and understands that the drug cartels are terrorists responsible for the murder of more than 100,000 Americans a year.”
Malliotakis’s remarks come amid ongoing debates about immigration policy and political activism in the United States. She has served in Congress since defeating Max Rose in 2021 after a decade representing her community in the New York State Assembly. Born in New York City in 1980 and residing in Staten Island, Malliotakis holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
