Nicole Malliotakis, U.S. Representative for New York’s 11th district, addressed several issues in a series of posts on November 10, 2025. Her statements ranged from healthcare policy critiques to tributes to the Marine Corps and infrastructure developments in her constituency.
In a post published at 14:15 UTC, Malliotakis criticized the Affordable Care Act and its effects on consumers. She wrote: “Let’s be clear: Democrats’ Affordable Care Act was never affordable Premiums skyrocketed while insurance companies made record profits Tax credits should go to consumers not insurance companies” (November 10, 2025).
Later that day, she commemorated the United States Marine Corps’ legacy. Malliotakis has represented New York’s 11th district since replacing Max Rose in Congress in 2021. Prior to her congressional service, she was a member of the New York State Assembly from 2011 through early 2021. Born in New York City in 1980 and currently residing in Staten Island, Malliotakis holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
