On Sunday, March 16, former St. Joseph-By-The-Sea High School standout Matthew Gonchar’s current college team, the Molloy Lions, won 7-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Franklin Pierce Ravens.

The game took place at Mitchel Field Athletic Complex. This was their third matchup against the Ravens this season.

The Lions’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 18 at 3 p.m. at Serpico Stadium against West Chester Golden Rams.
