Nicole Malliotakis, U.S. Representative for New York’s 11th district, used her official social media account to share updates on constituent services and policy positions in early September 2025.

On September 2, Malliotakis posted a critique of Democratic spending priorities, stating, “Democrats want every dollar spent even if it’s wasted, burned or thrown away.”

The following day, she highlighted a constituent service provided by her office: “Our office helped two constituents secure their passports, helping them avoid missing their scheduled travel. READ MORE https://t.co/IFTSwto10I” (September 3).

Later that same day, Malliotakis addressed tax policy affecting service workers: “Millions of hardworking Americans will keep their earned tips tax-free as a result of the working family tax cuts Republicans delivered!” (September 3).

Malliotakis has represented New York’s 11th congressional district since 2021 after previously serving in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2021. She was born in New York City in 1980 and currently resides in Staten Island. Malliotakis holds degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
