Nicole Malliotakis, U.S. Representative for New York’s 11th district, has used her official social media platform to highlight recent legislative actions and policy positions on issues ranging from women’s sports to federal fraud investigations and national security appropriations.

On January 14, 2026, Malliotakis posted about her participation in an event at the Capitol: “Great to join @GOPMajorityWhip Emmer and student athletes from across the country at the Capitol to stand up for women’s sports. As the Supreme Court weighs state bans on biological boys participating in female sports, we stand with these girls who deserve a fair and level https://t.co/NLZCfNx4Kk”. The statement was made as the Supreme Court considers cases related to state-level restrictions on transgender athletes’ participation in female sports categories.

Later that day, she addressed concerns over misuse of federal funds: “.@WaysandMeansGOP has exposed tens of billions of dollars in fraud across various federal programs intended for our most needy citizens. @POTUS, @TheJusticeDept and @HouseGOP are holding states allowing it to happen accountable and prosecuting the criminals that perpetrate it. https://t.co/tMNtTBR3jU”. In this post, Malliotakis referenced efforts by Congressional Republicans and federal agencies to investigate and prosecute fraud within public assistance programs.

On January 15, 2026, Malliotakis announced legislative progress regarding national security: “.@HouseGOP passed a bipartisan national security appropriations bill that prioritizes combatting fentanyl trafficking, ensuring America’s preparedness to address emerging threats, supporting key allies and safeguarding our nation’s interests overseas. https://t.co/6VIKIz4yLR”.

Malliotakis has represented New York’s 11th District since 2021 after serving a decade in the New York State Assembly. She was born in New York City in 1980 and resides in Staten Island. Her educational background includes degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
