Later that day, she addressed the issue of criminal justice and immigration enforcement in New York: “New York Democrats have released thousands of foreign criminals back onto our streets instead of turning them over for deportation. Malliotakis has represented New York’s 11th District in Congress since 2021 after serving a decade in the New York State Assembly. She was born in New York City in 1980 and resides in Staten Island. Her educational background includes degrees from Seton Hall University and Wagner College.
