On May 6, 2025, Malliotakis expressed congratulations to Brooklyn native Frank Bisignano for his confirmation as the Social Security Administrator. On May 7, 2025, Malliotakis reiterated her stance on providing satisfactory customer service to Social Security beneficiaries. Malliotakis has been serving in Congress since replacing Max Rose in 2021. Before her congressional tenure, she served in the New York State Assembly from 2011 to 2021.
