Senator Andrew Lanza, who represents New York’s 24th District, recently used his social media platform to promote scholarship opportunities and encourage community goodwill through a series of posts in February 2026.

On February 12, Lanza announced the opening of a scholarship application period for students: “The application window for the New York Conference of Italian-American State Legislators’ scholarships is now open!
